Strategies for creating a suitable brand identity for a company

Hi!
It was with great pleasure that I accepted this challenge from Business Factory to recommend to you strategies for adequately creating a brand identity for a company.
In my view, the main objective of a Graphic Identity is to easily recognize the presence of a brand through a logo, symbols, colors and typographic font. I usually advise companies to adopt an aesthetic based on competition, characteristics of the time and not personal taste.
After choosing the logo (font + symbol or just font) the color wheel is usually defined. The ideal is to use the international PANTONE color system which guarantees that, wherever it is printed, the tones are the same.
The next step, to protect the brand image when applied to various media, is to develop a Standards Manual that contains all logo specifications, as well as all template files, thus ensuring that the same aesthetics are always applied, without room for error.
This way, we will successfully communicate our brand to potential new customers, and transmit strength and cohesion compared to the competition.
I share with you a small guide that brings together some of the essential steps for building a brand “11 Simple Steps for a Successful Brand Building Process” and that I hope will be useful for you when reflecting on your own project.
